The 2018 disgorgement of Johan Blanc de Blanc is made from a barrel selection chosen before I blend the Willamette Valley Brut. In some years this Blanc de Blanc is a vintage dated wine, but I decided to blend the 2014 and 2015 vintages because of their natural synergy.

Aged in bottle for 32 months before disgorgement on August 25th, 2018.
