The 2025 disgorgement of 2020 Willamette Valley Brut Nature is made from 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot noir. It was aged in bottle for 52 months before disgorgement. Dosage is made from a blend of reserve wine dating back to 2012. Dose rate is 4 grams per liter.
