The 2019 disgorgement of Johan Blanc de Blanc is made from a barrel selection chosen before I blend the Willamette Valley Brut. The 2016 vintage provided a fantastic balance of lively acidity and rich texture. In previous years the Blanc de Blanc has been blended, but I decided to bottle 2016 as a singular vintage.

Aged in bottle for 30 months before disgorgement on November 17th, 2019.
