The 2018 disgorgement of Johan Blanc de Blanc is made from a barrel selection chosen before I blend the Willamette Valley Brut. This was originally released in 2019 but I held 50 cases back to age in my cellar for an additional 5 years. These are fresh and in peak drinking shape now!
